The magazine "BIEN
VU," in its annual survey of the
quality of phone reception, conducted from June
17th to September 6th, ranked L'AMY
Group in 2nd
place among the leaders in the after-sales test,
with a score of 18/20. This rating takes into consideration
the handling of phone claims in terms of speed
of response, reception conditions, friendliness,
efficiency of the response and politeness.
